This week, Melinda Szatlocky and Krista Paradise had the pleasure of touring Housing Resources Bainbridge (HRB)’s Ferncliff Village. HRB’s Executive Director, Phedra Elliott was our wonderful guide. Ferncliff Village includes 24 single family homes and 16 town homes. A big thanks to the homeowners who invited us into their lovely homes. Like other CLTs we have visited, the well designed interiors, the community spaces, and individual yards made us daydream about what we will develop in Clallam and Jefferson Counties.
